Can I define the type of appointments that patients can book, e.g. only check-up appointments?
Yes, you can create a specific link per type of appointment. Patients can use the link to make an appointment for the selected types only.

Can I prevent new patients from scheduling appointments?
Yes, currently only your existing patients can make appointments via a link provided by you. For example, in your check-up appointment e-mail.

Can an automatic appointment reminder be sent?
Yes, CLICKDOC is equipped to automatically send reminder SMS and emails. You can purchase your SMS credits via sms4less as in DentAdmin.

Is my calendar available everywhere?
Yes, your calendar is available everywhere as long as the device you're viewing it on is connected to the internet.

Can I integrate the link to the online agenda on my practice website?
Yes, you can integrate your CLICKDOC calendar on the website of your practice. Please contact us for more information.

Can I determine which time slots have to be booked first before other time slots become available for booking?
Yes, this is certainly possible. For example, you can configure that the time slot of 9 a.m. must be booked first before the next time slot of 9.30 a.m. becomes available. After the 9.30 a.m. slot is booked, the time slot at 10 a.m. becomes available, etc.

Is there a synchronisation with DentAdmin?
Yes, there is. We synchronise both patient data and calendar appointments. By synchronising the patient data you can immediately link your appointments to the right patient.

What if I work with Telesecretary? Can I give them access to my calendar?
Yes, that is certainly possible. You can create a login for Telesecretary so they can also book appointments in your calendar.

Can I let patients who receive a recall e-mail schedule an appointment themselves?
Yes, that is certainly possible. You can include a link to your calendar in the appointment reminder e-mail.
